ICXI is the only global institute that measures, accredits and teaches experience excellence across all three domains — Customer, Employee and Patient. The framework, the Academy and the Standards apply equally to each. Whichever experience you champion, ICXI is the benchmark behind you.
Ambassadors are appointed to one, two or all three tracks — whatever reflects the breadth of your influence. There is no additional cost, and no cap, on holding multiple tracks.

SISTER PROGRAMME
From assessment to recognition: the Experience Excellence Awards
The Experience Excellence Awards is ICXI’s sister programme — the global recognition platform for organisations whose experience excellence has been independently assessed and verified. Where ICXI sets the standards and assessment frameworks, the EEI Awards is the public recognition that follows.
For Ambassadors, this opens a second, distinct pathway to add value to the organisations you already serve or advise: a credible route from internal belief to externally recognised excellence.
To recommend a client, simply email ambassadors@icxi.com with a one-paragraph introduction. ICXI handles the conversation from there. There are no targets and no obligation — if a client is the right fit, the route is open to them with you as the introducer.

The role flexes around your platform, your calendar and your voice. Some Ambassadors mention ICXI weekly, some quarterly, some only at the moments where it adds real weight to what they are saying. That is how it should be.

Two pathways into the programme
The ICXI Ambassador Programme is invitation-led. The primary route is partner nomination — by an ICXI partner, an existing Ambassador, or a colleague who knows your work. We also accept direct expressions of interest from established CX, EX and PX practitioners we may not yet be aware of.
